For a long time, my back wasn’t just “a bit sore.”
It started affecting my life.
I’d have periods where things felt better — and then I’d play padel, sit too long, move the wrong way, or simply stop paying attention to it...
And suddenly my back would remind me it was still there.

If you’ve experienced recurring back pain, you probably know the feeling.
You start adjusting your life around your back.
You think twice before exercising.
You’re careful with certain movements.
You wonder whether playing sport is going to set it off again.
And eventually you realise something:
Your back is starting to make decisions for you.
That was the problem I wanted to solve for myself.
